Lane Health and Safety Training, LLC is a workplace safety training and consulting provider based in Arvada, Colorado owned and operated by Mike Lane.

Mike is a recognized leader in workplace safety and the driving force behind Lane Health and Safety Training, LLC. With over 13 years of experience across general manufacturing, construction, and service-based industries, Mike has helped organizations of all sizes — from small local businesses to Fortune 500 companies — build stronger, more effective safety cultures and reduce risk.

As a Board-Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and an OSHA-Authorized Outreach Instructor for both General Industry and Construction, Mike brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise and real-world experience to help his clients. He is a trusted subject matter expert and lead instructor at the OSHA Training Institute Education Center in Denver, Colorado, where his engaging approach consistently makes a lasting impact.

Mike believes safety shouldn’t be a checkbox exercise. That’s why he emphasizes in-person, participative training that empowers employees at every level to take ownership of their workplace safety. Whether developing customized programs or helping leadership align safety with operational goals, his approach is always practical, professional, and grounded in building lasting safety cultures.

Outside of work, Mike can often be found rock climbing or skiing in the mountains of Colorado — activities that fuel his appreciation for preparation, awareness, and calculated risk.
